NBSC Holds Stakeholders’ Consultation on Manual of Operation of CESD, IAELO, GSO, and ESWMP Manual
As part of its continuing commitment to promoting the core values of responsibility and excellence, Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) successfully held its Stakeholders’ Consultation on the Community Extension Services Division Manual, International Affairs and External Linkages Office – Strategic Internationalization Plan, General Services Office Manual, and Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan through Zoom on September 19, 2025. It aimed to orient participants of the proposed documents’ contents and pave the way to their finalization. The activity convened key stakeholders from within the institution and the wider community, including representatives from the Local Government of Manolo Fortich, alumni, stakeholders, Faculty Association, Non-Teaching Association and the Student Body Organization.
Mr. Alven G. Gomez, MSEST, opened with his presentation of the CESD Manual. He covered various topics present in the manual, including the thematic agenda, the Five-Year Plan, and existing extension programs.
Maria Michaela Q. Jamora, MS, RPsy, followed with a draft of the SIP Manual of Operations, reviewing the office mandate, program outcomes, and office processes.
Jaygreth L. Sambalod talked about the ESWMP and the GSO Manual. Among the key points she highlighted were the ESWMP’s Implementation Plan – Schedule; the ESWMP’s Monitoring and Evaluation; GSO’s organization structure; GSO’s integration of Gender and Development (GAD); and the office projects.
The meeting underscores NBSC’s sustained dedication to participatory leadership, accountability, and collaborative execution in advancing government-supported educational initiatives.
