Services

  • Consultation (Medical and Dental) – The school health services are vitally necessary in order to provide first aid and triage for illness and injuries, to provide direct services for students with special needs, and to provide health counseling and education for students, staff, alumni and parents.
  • Tele-consultation or Online consultation – Telehealth covers an array of digital health-related services that can also be utilized using technologies to provide health information and telemedicine. It encompasses a telecommunications system to administer healthcare to patients who are geographically separated from providers. It can be used to interpret laboratory results or may conduct urgent-care consultations via video for non- life-threatening conditions. The unit utilizes this platform whenever possible to cater patients who will seek consultation limited to emergency and non- emergency cases.
  • Reporting of Notifiable Diseases – To break the chain of the spread of infections and
protect people from public health threats through efficient and effective disease surveillance is one of our prime public health concerns including implementation of the provisions of RA 11332.
  • Medical and Dental Referral – a process in which a health professional at one level of a
health facility refers a patient to another level of care or facility for further evaluation and management
of any medical and dental condition.
