NBSC Advances Excellence Through New Leadership and BLEPT Success
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) marked a day of meaningful milestones as it held an Oath-Taking Ceremony for newly-hired plantilla employees, conducted a mid-year recalibration session, and celebrated its outstanding performance in the March 2025 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) on May 26, 2025, during the Monday morning convocation.
Fourteen newly-hired faculty members from various academic institutes and departments, and six administrative personnel were officially sworn into service. In addition, three employees were recognized for their recent promotions in the administrative units.
The event also featured a presentation of accomplishments for the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2025, delivered by Mr. John Kevin A. Artuz, MS, Planning Officer II and head of the Planning and Development Office. The report highlighted key performance indicators, completed initiatives, and ongoing strategic projects, setting the stage for a recalibration session to align remaining targets for the year.
Adding to the dayโs celebrations, the college proudly recognized its impressive BLEPT results from the March 2025 licensure exam. The Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT)- KALAMPUSAN with the faculty members from the Institute of Teacher Education (ITE) and the Department of General Education Curricula (DGEC) were commended through the PRAISE Gantimpala Agad Award for their dedication to producing board passers, exceeding the national passing rate, and upholding the collegeโs reputation in teacher education.
The event concluded with a sense of pride and renewed drive, as NBSC grows in manpower, performance, and public impact.
