NBSC DRIVES DEVELOPMENT AND ASSURES ACCOUNTABILITY DURING EXECOM MEETING
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held an Executive Committee (ExeCom) meeting at the NBSC Boardroom on September 30, 2025 in the afternoon. Under the leadership of SUC President I, Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, several key matters were addressed to ensure continued institutional progress and operational excellence.
The committee first discussed concerns arising from the Internal Audit Report (IAR) shown by Ma’am Jay Shell D. Coquilla. The IAR is based on the Internal Quality Audit conducted last September 8 to 11, 2025. Emphasis was placed on the need for updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standardizing templates to enhance compliance and procedural clarity.
The meeting also tackled the integration and utilization of the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) to strengthen digital security and streamline official transactions within the institution. Attention was then directed towards the management of Job Order (JO) personnel to ensure appropriate staffing and effective allocation of human resources.
Event coordinators Ma’am Rowena E. Bagongon, MA, from the Student Affairs and Services Division, and Sir Jan G. Soriano, MA, from the Public Affairs and Information Office presented the program flow for the upcoming 5th Conversion Anniversary and the State of the College Address (SOCA). The meeting wrapped up with an open forum, allowing participants to raise questions and discuss relevant topics from the session.
By focusing on strategic planning and quality assurance, NBSC affirms its commitment to enhancing its capacity to improve institutional operations and benefit the community.
