NBSC PRESENTS INITIAL RESULTS OF CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY TO THE 52ND ENGINEER BRIGADE
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) presented the initial results of the Client Satisfaction Survey conducted for the 52nd Engineer Brigade, Philippine Army, during a coordination meeting held at Camp Oscar F. Natividad, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, on October 17, 2025.
The research, carried out by NBSC’s team with the support and guidance of Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, and in coordination with BGen Jose Eduardo F. Liboon, PA, Commander of the 52nd Engineer Brigade, assessed the awareness of Executive Orders (EOs) related to public service, as well as the level of satisfaction and trust rating among the brigade’s clients and partner communities.
The survey covered selected operational areas, including Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte; Kapalong, Davao del Norte; and Makilala, North Cotabato. Findings revealed a high level of satisfaction and trusting the brigade’s infrastructure and community support programs, along with a substantial awareness of key Executive Orders promoting transparency and accountability.
BGen Liboon was represented by Col. Frederick A. Ancheta, GSC (CE) PA, while the program was formally welcomed by Col. Edwin E. Nogal, MNSA (CE) PA, Chief of Staff of the 52nd Engineer Brigade. Both expressed appreciation for NBSC’s partnership and reaffirmed the brigade’s commitment to using research-based insights for continuous improvement in public service delivery.
This collaboration between Northern Bukidnon State College and the 52nd Engineer Brigade exemplifies a strong commitment to evidence-based governance, civic-military cooperation, and sustainable peace and development in Mindanao.
