May 16, 2025—Northern Bukidnon State College immersed into building leadership backbone through the Transformational Leaders Academy Cycle 2: Synthesis and Processing. Held at Villa Imelda Farm Resort, the training was participated by 49 academic and administrative leaders who actively shared their experiences and core values in transformative leadership.
