The Records and Archival Office at Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) is designed to ensure the systematic handling, safekeeping, and accessibility of all institutional documents. As a crucial part of the college’s administrative functions, the Records Office is responsible for managing both internal and external documents, ensuring transparency, security, and proper compliance with legal and institutional requirements.
Through an organized process of receiving, verifying, and releasing documents, the Records Office ensures that every document is handled with care and accuracy. The office also plays a key role in the management of records for the College President’s office, job applications, and all official correspondence between NBSC and other agencies. With a clear process in place for document scanning, filing, and archiving, NBSC remains committed to the efficiency and integrity of its records management system.
By implementing a structured and comprehensive system, the college ensures that all documents are carefully preserved and easily accessible, supporting both academic and administrative operations. This system not only enhances communication and workflow across different departments but also guarantees the longevity and security of important records for the future.
