The NBSC College Library is a one-story building with 250 seating capacity including discussion rooms and mini audio-visual rooms. Since the start of its operation, the College Library has implemented the Open Shelf System where the faculty, students, and visitors can freely access the collection of books in the circulation area. The College Library has an E-Library located inside the library building with 20 computer units connected to the internet. It uses the in-house database to access the library collection and has an offline e-book database for electronic resources.
