These included proprietors from local coffee shops and Airbnb establishments spanning the diverse barangays of Manolo Fortich. The session was filled with Practical insights, short activities, and interactive discussions that left the attendees inspired and equipped with actionable strategies to enhance their online presence.
With the dawn of the second day, the spotlight shifted to the verdant agrarian landscape, drawing 19 local farmers from the heart of Manolo Fortich. The day-long Crash Course on Economic Dynamism for Farmers unfolded as a symphony of insights, orchestrated by guest speakers Ritchel A. Cahoy and Maribeth G. Barrio from the Municipal Agriculture Office. The discussions ranged from sustainable farming practices to navigating market dynamics. The session provided the farmers with a roadmap to foster economic dynamism within the agricultural sector, empowering them with knowledge to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Midweek heralded a dynamic exploration of Product Development for Start-up Businesses. Josefino M. Ladao, a luminary in the entrepreneurial realm, took center stage. Alongside him stood Laurence D. Pradia, a Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist from the Business Development Division of DTI. The day was characterized by practical insights, success stories, and collaborative problem-solving. Siton, a distinguished voice of authority in the field, shared the stage with Christopher M. Diaz, the Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist of the Consumer Protection Division of DTI 10. The day witnessed an intense exploration of the complexities surrounding consumer rights and owner responsibilities in the food industry. The 20 local food establishment proprietors in attendance absorbed insights on legal frameworks, best practices, and proactive measures to ensure customer satisfaction while safeguarding their businesses.
