NBSC holds in-house online seminar-workshop on BRAM
Manolo Fortich Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held an in-house online seminar-workshop on Basic Records and Archives Management (BRAM) last November 16-18, 2022. The three-day activity was participated by the NBSC faculty and staff via Zoom.
Guest speakers from the National Archives of the Philippines, Mr. Kit P. Toling, Ms. Richel Jane R. Guinto, Ms. Jennyline T. Commerciante, Mr. Amiel T. Pangilinan, and Ms. Michelle Ann Rose R. Zamora, discussed relevant topics on records management, which included record creation and control, record maintenance, record disposition, and preservation of records, among others.
The goal of the seminar-workshop was to give participants the information and abilities needed to put the necessary standard policies on records and archives administration into practice. In addition, there were workshop exercises and open forum discussions to help the employees improve their records management skills.
