NBSC organizes GINHAWA 1 program for the faculty and program heads
Manolo Fortich Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) organized GINHAWA 1, a stress management program intended for the faculty and program heads. The GINHAWA program was designed to give teachers a little respite and some reprieve from the pressures of the classroom. The event was held at the NBSC Covered Court on November 15, 2022.
The program included a variety of activities, including lectures, sharing in small and large groups, and yoga. Mr. Reynan Salo, Mr. Franco Ceasar Agbalog, and Mr. Jo Agustine Corpuz, three faculty facilitators, led talks on stress management, mental and physical health, and the cycle of experiences and distress. The faculty members actively participated in the sharing sessions as well. The program was concluded with a mindful sitting yoga exercise led by Mr. Agbalog.
