NBSC Strengthens Organizational Growth Through Staff Development Training
Northern Bukidnon State College, through the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, held its Academic Staff Development Training at the Learning Resource Center on March 18, 2025. The event aimed to align organizational objectives with core values, enhance decision-making, and promote a unified approach to mission-driven success. Dr. Helen E. Maasin, NBSC’s Vice President for Administration and Finance, led the session, discussing the Philippine Civil Service P.I.E.S.-Patriotism, Integrity, Excellence, and Spirituality. She highlighted the role of these values in fostering ethical leadership and Professionalism. The participants reflected on the impact of the training by creatively presenting their innovations. “Workplace attitude is a top priority. Skills can be learned, but attitude must be nurtured from within,” noted Mr. Frank Jan G. Gutang. Ms. Glochelle D. Dumayao added, “This session reconnected me with my spiritual journey and the importance of inner Values.” The training was made possible through the support of College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, reinforcing NBSC’s commitment to faculty and staff development.
