PRAISE Committee Gathers for Strategic Planning Meeting
In a significant move towards enhancing service excellence, the PRAISE (Program On Awards And Incentives For Service Excellence) Committee convened today, January 20, 2025, under the leadership of Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, President of Northern Bukidnon State College. The meeting focused on vital agenda items aimed at recognizing and incentivizing outstanding contributions within the institution.
Committee members deliberated on key topics for developing and implementing the PRAISE program. One of the main discussions revolved around including a Teaching and Non-Teaching Association representative, emphasizing the importance of diverse perspectives in shaping an inclusive awards process.
A significant point of discussion was the finalization of the PRAISE Institutional Policy and Process Flow. This foundational framework is expected to streamline the procedures for nominations and awards, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection criteria.
