- Currently Enrolled Grade 12 Students
- Grade 12 Completers
- College Transferees
- College Graduate of 4 years course (for Prof Ed)
- Alumni of NBSC are exempted to take the NBSC-CAT
Pre-Enrollment Procedure:
students will have to access the college admission test link to register and get their exam appointment through this link: https://admission.nbsc.ph/admin/dist/pre-admission.php an email confirmation from the admission and scholarship office will be sent to a student-applicant informing them of their examination schedules
- students/applicants must show up on the day of their scheduled examination 30 minutes before their exam schedule appointment;
- students must follow health protocol by following these rules:
- students/applicants are only given one appointment schedule. In the event that they are not available on the said date, they are advised to send an email to nbsc.aso@nbsc.ph, requesting for rescheduling of examination.
Requirments for Admission of New Students
First Year Students
Accomplished exam application forms, college admission test (CAT) results and other requirements to be submitted to the admission and scholarship office (ASO), which include:
- Result of Northern Bukidnon State College admission test; aptitude/qualifying test for applicants in their respective program;
- Clear copy of high school report card, transfer credential and/or ALS result and certificate; certification of good moral character/barangay clearance for ALS passers;
- x2 picture
- Physical and medical examinations to be conducted by the medical and dental units of the institution.
- Interview conducted by guidance counselor. Accomplished application form for college admission.
Requirments for Admission of Transferees

- Original certificate of transfer credentials (honorable dismissal)
- x 2 picture
- Certification of good moral character;
- Certified photocopy of birth certificate (PSA copy);
- Physical and medical examinations to be conducted by the medical and dental. Interview conducted by guidance counselor.
- Accomplish application form for college admission.
