NBSC AND LCDFI SOLIDIFY SUPPORT FOR SCHOLARS THROUGH MOA
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) formalized its partnership with LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI) through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony on March 23, 2026, marking the official rollout of the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program (ILP).
The partnership aims to expand access to higher education by providing scholarship support to qualified and deserving students, reinforcing both institutions’ commitment to inclusive and responsive education.
The agreement was facilitated through the coordinated efforts of the Appraisal, Testing, and Admission Office (ATAO) and the Student Accounts, Scholarship Aides, and Financial Assistance Office (SASAFAO), both headed by Franco Ceasar M. Agbalog, MA, RPsy. These offices played a central role in bringing the partnership forward, establishing the groundwork for the ILP’s implementation.
The initiative is supported by NBSC President Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, Ed.D., CESE, whose continued encouragement of programs centered on student access and institutional collaboration helps enable efforts of this scale to move forward.
As the ILP moves into implementation, it introduces a more grounded form of support within NBSC, one that allows students to focus on their academic paths with fewer uncertainties, and to move forward with a clearer sense of progress in their studies.
