NBSC CONDUCTS MANAGEMENT REVIEW TO ASSESS POLICIES, PROCESSES, AND INSTITUTIONAL PERFORMANCE
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) conducted its Management Review on February 10, 2026, at the Office of the College President. The activity provided the College’s management with an opportunity to evaluate institutional conditions, priorities, and performance across various areas of operation.
The review addressed the adequacy of the Quality Policy and examined internal and external issues affecting the College. Customer feedback was considered, and the Strategic Plan, quality objectives, and targets were reviewed to determine their continuing relevance.
Management examined the Corrective Action Report (CAR) system and related trends, as well as the results of internal audits and the performance of external providers. The adequacy of resources and the effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities were also discussed. The Quality Management System (QMS) was considered alongside these elements in evaluating overall performance and potential areas for improvement.
Recommendations concerning academic programs, services, and institutional processes were noted, along with opportunities for enhancement and possible changes to policies, objectives, and resource requirements. Other actions identified by management were likewise documented.
Through this Management Review, NBSC reinforces its commitment to structured institutional oversight, allowing multiple considerations to be examined together. The process supports clarity in decision-making and provides a basis for thoughtful responses to evolving circumstances, contributing to its stability and continued progress.
