NBSC Makes History with Inaugural Research Summit
Taking strides towards its goal of producing high-impact research, the Northern Bukidnon State College, through the Research Development and Innovation Division, conducts its first historical Institutional Research Summit today, February 13, 2025.
Student representatives from the three institutes presented their outputs to the public. Distinguished panelists in the persons of, Dr. Rey Y. Capangpangan, RCh, the Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation, and Global Engagement of Mindanao State University at Naawan and the concurrent Director of the Office of Global Engagement and Partnerships (OGEP) at Mindanao State University at Naawan, Dr. Angelo Mark P. Walag, Professor VI of the Department of Science Education University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, and Dr. Dexter S. Lo, the Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan Vice President for Social Development, were invited as judges for the poster presentation.
The two-day summit also showcases presentations from faculty researchers designed to communicate their findings, inspire attendees, and engage the community with their results.
The summit culminates on February 14th with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding student poster presentations.
