NBSC Presses On with Day 4 of Internal Quality Audit
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) carried forward its week-long Internal Quality Audit on Day 4, September 11, 2025, reaffirming its dedication to institutional quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
On this day, a series of key offices underwent detailed evaluations led by designated auditors in collaboration with their respective heads. The Department of General Education Curricula (DGEC), headed by Ms. Niemfa Love Manginsay, was audited by Ms. Jay Shell D. Coquilla. The Registrar and Student Records Office (RSRO), led by Ms. Maria Socorro T. Bonita, underwent an audit by Mr. Aldwin Lester M. Martinez.
The Quality Assurance Office (QAO), under Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan, and the Research Ethics Office (REO), headed by Dr. Anna Marie D. Genita, were audited by Ms. Khristine Joy P. Gubaton. The Project Management and Monitoring Office (PMMO), led by Engr. Jestoni G. Tortola was audited by Mr. Franco Ceasar M. Agbalog, who also performed the audit for the Budget Office headed by Ms. Maria Dejeaneth M. Bag-o.
Other audited offices included the General Services Office (GSO), headed by Mr. Fritchar H. Gevero and audited by Ms. Ma. Cassandra R. Tubongbanua; the Gender and Development Office (GADO), led by Ms. Zhandra Shellee Y. Ordinan, and the International Affairs and External Linkages Office (IAELO), headed by Ms. Maria Michaela Jamora, both audited by Ms. Nikki Lou F. Malinao.
Further audits for the day involved the Internal Audit Office (IAO) under the leadership of Ms. Jay Shell D. Coquilla, and the Public Affairs and Information Office (PAIO), led by Mr. Jan G. Soriano, with Engr. Eleonor L. Navales as auditor. Lastly, the Standard Control Procedures (SOP) overseen by the Executive Committee were audited by Dr. Ermelina Bardilas.
This day’s audits focused on reviewing documentation, processes, and compliance standards as part of the college’s ISO-aligned quality assurance system. The Internal Quality Audit is integral to NBSC’s strategic efforts in enhancing service delivery, institutional effectiveness, and transparent governance.
