NBSC Strengthens Values in the Workplace with Successful Academic Staff Development Training
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) successfully completed its Academic Staff Development Training Session 2, focused on Values in the Workplace. Held on August 14 at the SWDC 2nd floor, the training was led by Mr. Reynan S. Salo, instructor in the Department of General Education Curricula and the Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development Coordinator.
Ms. Ma. Cassandra R. Tubongbanua, Head of the Institute for Business Management started the event with a brief talk; followed by a message from Ms. Niemfa Love W. Manginsay, Head of the Department of General Education Curricula; then Dr. Christine C. Royo, Head of the Institute for Teacher Education shared her thoughts; and finally Ms. May Rose E. Madrid, Administrative Officer II of the Quality Assurance Office, ended the opening remarks. Participants underwent collaborative and introspective activities that concentrated on the values they can see in NBSC, the values they want to embody, and the values they aim to improve as public servants. Upon the program’s conclusion, Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, expressed her gratitude to the staff for their continuous support and growth because they contribute to NBSC’s delivery of quality education and service to the students.
