The Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat/Procurement Office shall act as the central channel of communications for the Northern Bukidnon State College Bids and Awards Committee (NBSC-BAC) with end-user(s) or implementing units, other government agencies, providers of goods, infrastructure projects, and consulting services, observers, and the general public.

Unit Goals:

  • To ensure that all procurement activities in the college shall be in accordance with the procurement process as mandated under the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Objective

The Office shall:

  • Prepare the required documents to process procurement request both Competitive Bidding and Alternative Mode

  • Coordinate with End-Users, BAC Members, TWG, Observers and Supplier to ensure proper and timely processing of procurement requests

  • Provide Administrative Support to the NBSC Bids and Awards Committee Members
