The Public Affairs and Information Office (PAIO) operates under the Office of the President of Northern Bukidnon State College and serves as the central hub for the College’s official information, communication, and publication activities.
Among its duties are the creation, editing, and finalization of institutional content for a variety of platforms, including official newsletters, promotional materials, special publications, and the NBSC website (www.nbsc.edu.ph). In addition, the office controls the creation of the NBSC Annual Report, records institutional events, and handles press releases.
In addition to publications, the PAIO provides multimedia services, including as graphic design, photography, and video production, for use by various College offices and departments. These outputs could be meant for public distribution, internal communication, or marketing.
As assigned annually or on a project-by-project basis by the College President, the PAIO may work with Content and Publication Contributors from other departments to accomplish its communication goals.
Maintaining uniform institutional message, coordinating NBSC’s public affairs activities, and adhering to the College’s editorial and visual standards are all important tasks for the office.
The Office Head of the PAIO serves as both a coordinator and a content editor/writer, making sure that all outputs from different offices are examined, polished, and approved by the relevant authorities prior to publication.

The Public Affairs and Information Office (PAIO), under the Office of the President, is mandated to plan, implement, and oversee the official information, communication, and publication functions of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) in alignment with the College’s vision, mission, goals, and quality objectives.

a. The PAIO shall receive, review, and process requests for information and publication services, following prescribed lead times (minimum three [3] working days prior to the event for standard services).
b. All content produced or processed by the PAIO shall undergo review and approval by the Office Head before submission to higher authorities for final clearance.
c. The office may engage designated Content and Publication Contributors from various units and offices, based on annual or project-based assignments approved by the College President.
