NBSC MOVES TOWARD STREAMLINED PROCEDURES THROUGH ORIENTATION ON THE THREE SIGNATORIES RULE
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) recently joined an activity supporting its continuing efforts to stay attuned to evolving administrative directives, with Mr. Benzar Glen S. Grepon, MIT, Supervising Administrative Officer and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Focal, attending an orientation on the implementation of the Three Signatories Rule under Benzar Glen S. Grepon Memorandum Circular No. 2024-05. The gathering brought together representatives from various institutions to gain a broader sense of how the updated guidelines aim to simplify approvals and promote more efficient public transactions.
The discussions outlined key adjustments to signatory requirements, highlighting the need to limit approvals for principal documents to no more than three. While ancillary materials have separate considerations, the session encouraged agencies to reduce unnecessary endorsements whenever possible, aligning with ongoing efforts to shorten processing timelines and avoid delays caused by lengthy routing or vague delegation. These refinements support wider initiatives to improve documentation systems, strengthen accountability, and promote more orderly administrative procedures.
For NBSC, Mr. Grepon’s involvement provides valuable perspectives that may assist in reviewing internal documentation practices and ensuring that offices remain informed about current expectations. His participation contributes to the continuous assessment of workflows, helping the college maintain consistent processes and more predictable turnaround times across administrative functions.
More broadly, the insights gained from the orientation reinforce NBSC’s capacity to respond to regulatory shifts. Engagements of this nature help cultivate a service environment that values clarity, efficiency, and professionalism—ultimately benefiting both the institution’s personnel and the wider community it serves.
