NBSC CONDUCTS JOINT BENCHMARKING ACTIVITY AT BUKIDNON STATE UNIVERSITY
Northern Bukidnon State College conducted a joint benchmarking activity at Bukidnon State University (BukSU) on September 9, 2026, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen institutional systems, improve office processes, and promote effective and efficient public service.
The benchmarking activity was participated in by representatives from the Project Management and Monitoring Office (PMMO), General Services Office (GSO), Income Generating Program Office (IGPO), and Accounting Office of NBSC. The activity focused on gaining insights into the office processes, operational manuals, best practices, and strategies implemented by BukSU that could be adapted and contextualized to the needs of NBSC.
The participating offices engaged in discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions with their counterparts at BukSU, particularly on the development and implementation of streamlined procedures, documentation systems, monitoring mechanisms, and office practices. The activity also provided an avenue for the NBSC delegation to identify practices that could contribute to improved workflow, stronger coordination, and more responsive delivery of institutional services.
The joint benchmarking activity served as a platform for inter-institutional learning and collaboration, enabling NBSC personnel to exchange experiences and explore practical strategies for enhancing organizational efficiency. The insights gained from the activity were expected to support the continuous improvement of NBSC’s internal systems, policies, and service delivery.
Through initiatives such as benchmarking, NBSC continued to strengthen its commitment to institutional development, innovation, and the delivery of quality and efficient public service.
