NBSC-ITE STUDENTS SECURE REVIEW SCHOLARSHIPS AT FTRC BOTB QUIZ BOWL
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) proudly participated in the third season of the FTRC Battle of the Brains (BOTB) Quiz Bowl, held at the Grand CAP Auditorium, Davao City on April 23, 2026. The event gathered a total of 183 delegates from various institutions, creating a dynamic and intellectually stimulating atmosphere for aspiring educators.
Representing the Institute for Teacher Education (ITE) were Maria Ellah Karylle F. Galon (BSEd Mathematics), Janice Niedo (BEEd), and Queenie M. Mahinay (BSEd English), accompanied by BLEPT Facilitator Glyde Ann Abriol. Together, they exemplified academic excellence, critical thinking, and strong collaboration throughout the competition.
In recognition of their participation and potential, the participants were granted a full scholarship at the Falculan Twins’ Review Center, providing them with valuable support and preparation for the upcoming BLEPT. Experiences such as this extend beyond the confines of competition, contributing to the steady formation of students who are not only academically prepared but also attuned to the demands of their chosen field. Through engagements that challenge and connect, NBSC continues to shape a learning environment where future teachers gain both competence and perspective as they move closer to professional practice.
