Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) was visited by officials and technical personnel from the Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office X (DBM RO X), to validate and discuss its physical and financial performance during the first semester on October 13, 2026.
The engagement brought together the DBM team, College officials, and the Finance Team to assess the institution’s performance in implementing its programs, activities, and projects, as well as in utilizing government funds.

NBSC President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera expressed appreciation to DBM RO X for its continued technical guidance, constructive recommendations, and support in strengthening the College’s performance and accountability.
The visit underscored the importance of close coordination between DBM and state colleges in ensuring that public funds are utilized efficiently and translated into impactful programs, improved facilities, and quality services for students and other stakeholders.
