Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) presented its Unified Network Operations Center (UNOC) during the Monday Convocation on October 26, 2026, at the NBSC Covered Court. Godfrey Martinez Raut, Network Specialist of the Information and Communications Technology Management Office (ICTMO), introduced the platform, which he primarily developed to centralize the monitoring and management of the College’s network systems.
The platform features a consolidated dashboard for checking internet connectivity, network devices, wireless access points, and server status. Network mapping and bandwidth analytics also help ICT personnel examine campus connections and identify equipment when technical issues arise.
Other functions include automated alerts for service interruptions, security event monitoring, configuration backups, and infrastructure reporting. These tools support incident investigation and help preserve essential records for network maintenance and recovery.
The introduction of NBSC UNOC reflects the College’s continued efforts to improve its technological resources. Raut’s work in developing the platform merits commendation, particularly for translating the institution’s network management needs into a practical system. Its capabilities offer ICTMO additional tools to oversee campus systems and help maintain dependable digital services for the NBSC community.
