The Teacher Agency Program of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) conducted PAG-AMUMA 2: Semestral Kumustahan with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) on October 28, 2026, at the Learning Resource Center (LRC). The session focused on the status of faculty research projects and the support needed to carry them forward.
Designed to sustain faculty development and institutional research efforts, the activity provided a platform for Training of Trainers (TOT) and Transformational Leaders Academy (TLA) proponents and participants to exchange updates and discuss the progress of their respective initiatives.
The program featured updates and progress reports on ongoing research projects, inputs from the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, and a forum and question-and-answer session to address concerns, share insights, and identify ways forward. It also provided dedicated time for the preparation of reports and research-related documents, as well as the continuation of the writeshop and submission of outputs.
Facilitated by Ms. Charry Mae C. Grepon, the activity reaffirmed the importance of sustained mentorship, shared accountability, and institutional support in advancing a culture of research and academic excellence. The discussions gave participants an opportunity to clarify requirements and determine the next steps for their work.
For NBSC, initiatives such as PAG-AMUMA help strengthen the link between faculty development and institutional research priorities. As participants apply the guidance gained during the session, their work can contribute to a stronger body of scholarly output and support the College’s continuing pursuit of quality instruction and evidence-informed academic practices.
