NBSC holds first-ever Pasidungog, a recognition and testimonial program for October 2022 LET passers

Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held the Pasidungog, a recognition and testimonial program for the passers of the October 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). The NBSC Teacher Education Program (TEP) organized the event on February 22, 2023, at NBSC Covered Court.

The program started with a Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Rev. Fr. Roimar Montezo. The TEP Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) Coordinator and one of the TEP instructors, Ms. Dulce Amor S. Loquias, warmly welcomed everyone during her opening message. Moreover, the successful examinees were given a certificate of recognition, and the TEP honor graduates and special awardees of batches 2020 and 2021 also received special acknowledgment.

Two NBSC LET passers gave testimonial message during the Pasidungog – Mr. Leo Jaraula, LPT of Batch 2020, and Ms. Mara Dalapo, LPT of Batch 2021. They both shared their remarkable experiences in preparation for the licensure examination. They also expressed gratitude to NBSC for paving the way for them to be prepared to take the LET and become future-ready. 

The BLEPT Coordinator, Ms. Helen B. Ajon, and the TLC Program Director, Dr. Maria Theresa B. Markines, delivered the message of congratulations. The Teacher Education Program was also awarded a certificate of recognition by Dr. Markines herself. The program concluded with a message of inspiration from the Dean of the TEP, Dr. Cristine C. Royo.NBSC was recognized as the top 8 performing higher education institution (HEI) in the Philippines and ranked first in the Northern Mindanao region during the October 2022 LET. The Pasidungog is the first-ever recognition and testimonial program of NBSC to acknowledge the 148 passers of the licensure examination along with the faculty and staff of the NBSC Teacher Education Program.
