NBSC, 52nd Engineer Brigade PA, sign ILAP agreement for research project collaboration
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) has signed an Inter-Local Agency Partnership (ILAP) agreement with the 52nd Engineering Brigade, Philippine Army (52EBde, PA), to work together as partners in conducting a research project.
Dr. Catherine Roween C. Almaden, the NBSC President, signed the partnership agreement with BGEN Francis Marlon S. Wong PA, the PA Commander of the 52EBde, in the NBSC Board Room. Present during the signing were Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, NBSC Vice-President for Academic Affairs; Ms. Caroline Laarni R. Sereِñas, NBSC Research Director; and Mr. Alven L. Gomez, NBSC Extension Director. Col. Erwin R. Salibad (CE), MNSA PA, and Col. Rodel V. Pangilinan (CE), GSC PA of the 52EBde PA, were also in attendance.
The ILAP signing on May 10, 2023, brings together the commitment to pursue and support the research project, which aims to understand target beneficiaries’ perceptions and formulate interventions to improve public services in 52EBde, PA.
