NBSC Participates in DAP’s Training-Workshop on CSW and Effective Technical Writing
The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) participated in a training-workshop titled “Building High-Performing Teams Through Completed Staff Work (CSW) and Effective Technical Writing” conducted by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) on September 25-26, 2023, at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) Boardroom in Cagayan de Oro City.
The esteemed resource speakers included PD Bruce A. Colao, CESO V, from the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Province of Lanao del Norte, and Dr. Joanna Ruth S. Paloma, who serves as the Head of the Information Unit Management Staff at Bukidnon State University. PD Colao delivered a lecture on the foundational aspects and operational functions of completed staff work, along with its practical implications in Philippine governance and organizational management. Dr. Paloma gave an enlightening presentation on the fundamental principles and practical applications of technical writing.
The NBSC delegation comprised 11 faculty members and staff, who actively engaged in the insightful discussions and enthusiastically participated in the various activities during the two-day training sessions.
