The office provides the college and its stakeholders with client-focused administrative support and services. The Vice-President for Administration and Finance/Chief Administrative Officer reports directly to the College President and oversees the planning, coordinating, directing, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of the Administrative Cluster of the college. This includes developing or implementing policies and procedures governing finance, budget, procurement, logistics, supply, assets, property, records, human resources, and other areas of administration. The Office also regulates the administrative operations of the college. In addition, the office ensures the quality and correctness of the administrative protocols of the college. Lastly, the office is tasked to provide responsive solutions to the college’s emerging administrative operational challenges and propose courses of action.
