Building Bridges: NBSC and DdOSC Partner for Institutional Advancement
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) took a significant step towards institutional growth on February 7, 2025, with a benchmarking activity at Davao de Oro State College (DDOSC).
Delegates from key NBSC divisions and offices, including Income Generation, Gender and Development, Community Extension, International Affairs, Research, and Quality Assurance, participated in the collaborative initiative held at DdOSC’s Compostela campus.
The NBSC team engaged in presentations, discussions, and site visits, gaining valuable insights into DdOSC’s best practices and innovative strategies. This immersive experience provided a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration, which is crucial for NBSC’s services and operations.
DdOSC’s President, Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, and her staff warmly welcomed the NBSC delegation, underscoring the spirit of partnership. The benchmarking activity emphasized the importance of inter-institutional collaboration in enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Through this exchange, both institutions reaffirmed their dedication to continuous improvement and development.
NBSC expressed its sincere gratitude to the DdOSC administration for their contributions and looks forward to future collaborations that will elevate educational standards and institutional performance, most especially since it shares a significant connection through Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, the current NBSC President, who was also the former DDOSC President.
