Curriculum and Instruction Division Leads Curriculum Review Workshop to Refine Business Administration Prospectus
The Curriculum and Instruction Division successfully led the Curriculum Review Workshop: Refining the Institute of Business Administration Prospectus on May 22โ23, 2025, at Dreams Residences, San Miguel, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
The two-day event gathered instructors from the Institute of Business Management for an in-depth evaluation and enhancement of the current curriculum. The workshop aimed to ensure the business program remains relevant, responsive, and aligned with academic standards and industry demands.
Dr. Kathleen M. Morales, a respected academic leader from Xavier University โ Ateneo de Cagayan, facilitated the workshop and was the resource speaker. Her insightful presentations and expert guidance helped shape productive discussions on curriculum structure, course offerings, and learning outcomes. Dr. Morales also emphasized integrating innovation and adaptability in business education.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in collaborative sessions focused on identifying key areas for improvement and updating the curriculum to better equip students with practical skills and critical thinking aligned with current market trends.
The activity highlights the Curriculum and Instruction Division, headed by Dr. Mary Cris J. Go, and the Institute of Business Administration’s commitment to continuous improvement and academic excellence. This is well-supported by the collaborative leadership of the SUC President, Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, and the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa.
