OVPAA initiates Faculty Development meeting in Preparation for JC3
The Northern Bukidnon State College Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (NBSC OVPAA) initiated a faculty development meeting on June 19, 2025, at the Research Laboratory. The meeting focused on the faculty evaluation and review of guidelines for reclassifying faculty positions following the CHED’s Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (OIQAG). The meeting deepened the faculty’s understanding of DBM-CHED Joint Circular No. 3 s.2023.
The faculty development meeting was led by NBSC’s Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, and was actively participated in by the academic heads and administrative workforce. At the end of the in-depth discussion, Dr. Delosa expressed her encouragement to the attendees to further their career paths.
