NBSC LRC Expands Facilities with New Tables and Chairs to Improve Student Learning
On August 22, 2025, the Learning Resource Center (LRC) of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) strengthened its commitment to student-centered learning by acquiring 30 state-of-the-art tables and 60 chairs. This upgrade aims to create a more comfortable, functional, and student-friendly environment for academic engagement.
The additional furniture significantly expands the seating capacity of the LRC, ensuring that more students can benefit from its facilities. By providing a welcoming and well-equipped space, the center supports longer study hours, collaborative work, and active learning, ultimately encouraging productivity and academic excellence.
This milestone reflects the LRC’s ongoing mission to build not just a repository of knowledge but a dynamic learning hub that empowers students to thrive both academically and personally. Such progress is made possible through the dedicated leadership and support of NBSC leaders and staff, headed by Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, Ed.D., CESE.
