NBSC Presents 169 SOPs in Milestone Step Toward ISO Certification
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) proudly presented 169 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering its Academic and Administrative Divisions, Institutes, Offices, and Units during the Executive Committee Meeting held virtually via Zoom on September 5, 2025.
The presentation, attended by all NBSC employees, reflected the college’s commitment to transparency, quality, and efficiency in its operations. Spearheaded by the Quality Assurance Office under the leadership of Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan, and guided by NBSC President Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, Ed.D., CESE, the initiative marked a crucial step in the college’s preparation for ISO certification.
By formalizing and standardizing 169 SOPs, NBSC strengthens its institutional performance and enhances service delivery for its stakeholders. This accomplishment underscores the college’s proactive approach in aligning with international quality standards and sets a benchmark for other higher education institutions in the region.
