NBSC Partners with KAISER International Healthgroup to Strengthen Personnel Health Benefits
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), through its Faculty Association (FA) and Non-Teaching Personnel Association (NTPA), formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with KAISER International Healthgroup, Inc. on September 23, 2025, at the NBSC Boardroom. The agreement introduces adjustments to the medical allowance of both faculty and non-teaching personnel, in line with Department of Budget and Management (DBM) guidelines.
KAISER was represented by Mr. Leo Zafra Blacer and his wife, Mrs. Lovely Rose Blacer. Representing the NTPA were Association President Mr. Benzar Glen S. Grepon, MIT, and Treasurer Ms. Elaine Marie J. Ombina. The FA were represented by Association President Mr. Julius S. Gabinete, Treasurer Ms. Libra Mae D. Manzano, and Secretary Mr. Gerard Peter O. Beduya. Also present was Ms. Rahbie Adaptar-Teologo, RPm, Head of the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO).
The event started with a brief question and answer session, followed by the contract signing. It concluded with a presentation and discussion from the KAISER representatives.
