HIRING FOR ECE INSTRUCTOR

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph together with Work Experience Sheet attachment;
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license(if applicable);
4. Photocopy of Service Records/ Certificate of Employment (if applicable);
5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and other pertinent document to include Service Record/Certificate of Employment and Certificate of Relevant Trainings and Seminars attended.
NOTE: Preferably Face-to-face Teaching Demonstration. However, for legitimate valid reasons, Demo teaching via zoom may be accommodated.
