NBSC Clinches Awards at LAMBIGIT 2025: A Showcase of Innovation and Excellence in Northern Mindanao
Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines – Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) proudly made its mark at the 2nd Northern Mindanao Research and Innovation Summit – LAMBIGIT 2025, held last April 24–25, 2025, at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Cagayan de Oro City.
LAMBIGIT — a Bisaya word meaning “to draw together, to involve, or to engage” — serves as the summit’s call to action for collaborative, cross-sectoral innovation. With the theme “Advancing Social Innovation for Inclusive Growth,” the summit gathered leading State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and industry and community partners to foster research and co-creation in the region.
Among the standout participants, NBSC emerged as one of the performing institutions, with two major wins in the poster presentation competition under the “Innovations in Information Technology and Computing Solutions” track.
