NBSC-HRMDO SHOWS READINESS FOR NEXT STAGE OF PRIME-HRM ACCREDITATION
Northern Bukidnon State College’s Human Resource Management and Development Office (NBSC-HRMDO) successfully completed its second pre-assessment for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Accreditation on May 19, 2026, held at the Office of the College President and the HRMDO Room.
The assessment was conducted by Atty. Rowena G. Gingo, Director of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Bukidnon Field Office. Following the evaluation, the HRMDO was confirmed ready for endorsement to the regional office, marking another important step in the College’s continuing efforts to strengthen its human resource systems and institutional practices.
Throughout the activity, the HRMDO presented its established procedures, documentation, and best practices aligned with CSC standards under the PRIME-HRM framework. The process highlighted the office’s thorough preparation and strong coordination of HRMDO personnel Noreen Faye M. Esta, Zennith V. Olemberio, Analine L. Demata, Cherry Mae T. Baydal, Marie Angeli D. Hagutin, Jessa S. Himulatan, Ciara Camille Viray-Baluca, and Diah Mae D. Tao, with the guidance and support of HRMDO Head Rahbie Adaptar-Teologo. Their collective efforts contributed to the favorable outcome of the assessment.
With NBSC now set for regional endorsement, the development reflects its continuing commitment to building a more responsive and efficient working environment within the institution. It also underscores the College’s dedication to upholding professionalism, strengthening internal systems, and supporting the people who carry out its mandate in public education.
