NBSC PMT HOLDS TARGET SETTING FOR FY 2027
Northern Bukidnon State Collegeās (NBSC) Performance Management Team (PMT) conducted its Target Setting for Fiscal Year 2027 on September 22, 2026, with various office heads from the administration and academic clusters taking part in the activity. The first session was held online via Zoom.
The activity opened with Ms. Riza May G. Yangular, Head of the Planning and Development Office, who discussed the objectives, purpose, and expected outputs of the target-setting activity. She also presented the rating scale to guide the offices in setting their targets.
Ms. Diah Mae D. Tao of the Human Resource Management and Development Office presented the weight allocation for each personnel designation. She also discussed the adjectival ratings and their corresponding numerical ranges.
The participating offices then presented their Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) Success Indicators (SIs). After each presentation, the PMT provided comments and suggestions to help the offices improve and further refine their proposed SIs.
The next session, scheduled on September 23, was allotted for the offices to craft and refine their OPCR SIs based on the discussions and feedback from the first session. This gave each office time to review its proposed indicators and ensure that these are aligned with its functions and commitments for FY 2027.
The target-setting activity is part of NBSCās continuing efforts to strengthen its performance management process and ensure that the commitments of its different offices are clearly defined and aligned with the Collegeās goals for the coming fiscal year.
