NBSC-QAO CONDUCTED ARTA-BASED CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY ORIENTATION VIA ZOOM
Northern Bukidnon State College’s Quality Assurance Office (NBSC-QAO) successfully conducted an orientation on the ARTA-Based Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) via Zoom on January 6, 2026, equipping participants with essential knowledge on the importance of client feedback in service delivery.
Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan, Head of the QAO, opened the session by underscoring the event’s rationale. “For us to measure the quality of our service delivery and our declared SOP, there has to be a client feedback equivalent,” he emphasized, highlighting the critical role of structured feedback in quality assurance.
Michelle Darlyne B. Ricarte, the CSS Focal, then provided an in-depth discussion of the ARTA-Based CSS, during which she explained at length its context and legal basis, questionnaire components, rating system, overall score and response rate calculations, and minimum sample size requirements. She emphasized that all transactions must be properly recorded in an efficient tracking system and stressed that each transaction should have a corresponding CSS to ensure compliance with ARTA’s sample size requirements.
The session contributes to NBSC’s ongoing efforts to align practices across offices through a more unified approach to client satisfaction measurement. In doing so, it supports informed review of services while reinforcing transparency and institutional accountability.
