NBSC SHOWCASES VISION FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION HUB AT LAMBIGIT 2026
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), represented by Ms. Charry Mae C. Grepon and Ms. Elaine Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), represented by Ms. Charry Mae C. Grepon and Ms. Elaine Marie Ombina, actively participated in Lambigit 2026, particularly in the Faculty Bootcamp: MindSpring 2026 – “Where Innovation Hubs Begin,” held at Mallberry Business Suites and Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City on April 28 to 30, 2026.
The activity gathered educators, innovators, and institutional representatives with the common goal of generating innovative and sustainable ideas for the possible establishment of Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) within their respective institutions. The bootcamp served as a collaborative platform for participants to explore emerging trends in innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven education. It also encouraged institutions to conceptualize initiatives that could strengthen research, creativity, and community development through innovation hubs.
During the event, Ms. Grepon, together with Ms. Ombina, proudly presented NBSC’s vision of establishing an Educational Technology Innovation Hub that aimed at promoting digital transformation, supporting innovative teaching and learning practices, and foster technology-based solutions for education. Their presentation highlighted the institution’s commitment to becoming a center for innovation that empowers both educators and students through research, collaboration, and technology integration.
Through its participation in the bootcamp, NBSC continues to strengthen its dedication to innovation, institutional development, and the advancement of educational technology initiatives that contribute to the growth of the academic community and society as a whole.
