NBSC welcomes new non-teaching employees with an onboarding session
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon β Northern Bukidnon State College held an onboarding session for the new non-teaching employees. Sixteen new hires in the administrative cluster took part in the program hosted by the Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO).
The goal of the onboarding session is to provide new hires with a comprehensive understanding of the college’s culture, values, and mission, as well as an overview of its policies and processes.
The College President, Dr. Catherine Roween C. Almaden, the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Helen E. Maasin, and the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, were present during the session.
One of the program’s highlights was the open forum where new hires were allowed to voice their questions and concerns. The discussion was facilitated by the HRMO Director, Ms. Mary Grace O. Buiza, MS.
The onboarding session was held on March 13, 2023, at the NBSC Audio Visual Room.
