STEM-AI PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTS TRAINING WORKSHOP AS PART OF LIBONA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL INSET
The STEM-AI Project of Northern Bukidnon State College, under the research initiative “Investigating the Influence of Generative AI Tools on Academic Performance of Senior High School STEM Students in Northern Mindanao” successfully conducted a series of training workshops on November 14, 21, and 28, 2025 at Libona National High School as part of the school’s INSET program.
With the theme “Empowering Teachers for the AI-Ready Classroom,” the workshops aimed to equip teachers across various learning areas with essential knowledge and practical skills for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into classroom instruction and assessment.
The sessions were facilitated by the STEM-AI Project Team, who led hands-on demonstrations, collaborative activities, and practical applications of AI technologies in education. To further enhance the learning experience, AI experts from NBSC provided specialized lectures, including:

• Dr. Rolan L. Mancha – DGEC Faculty

Their expertise offered teachers valuable insights into AI-driven instruction, digital literacy, and emerging educational technologies that support effective and innovative teaching practices.
