NBSC CONDUCTS COORDINATION MEETING FOR IT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) convened a coordination meeting for DPWH Project No. 24K00471 – Completion of the Information Technology Building, Northern Bukidnon State College, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, on January 29, 2026. Held at the Office of the President, the meeting gathered key stakeholders to review project developments, address technical concerns, and align on requirements to ensure the orderly and timely implementation of the project.
Representatives from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Regional Office X, Engr. Chester Louie A. Mabanta and Engr. Luke Rigel C. Hebron, participated in the discussions alongside the contractor, Cagalawan Enterprises Inc., represented by Engr. Joemil T. Naguio and Engr. Kyle Sherwin L. Balala. The exchange focused on construction progress, technical clarifications, and coordination measures to ensure consistency with approved plans and standards.
NBSC President Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, Ed.D., CESE led the college’s delegation during the meeting, joined by the College Infrastructure Project Inspection Committee and the Project Management and Monitoring Office (PMMO). Their participation underscored NBSC’s hands-on approach to overseeing the project, monitoring activities, and engaging with its partners.
The coordination meeting reflected NBSC’s sustained commitment in guiding the project with diligence and clear direction. Through continued collaboration with DPWH and the contractor, the initiative advances the development of facilities that support the college’s academic functions and operational priorities.
