NBSC HOLDS MANAGEMENT REVIEW MEETING ON QMS PERFORMANCE
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held its Management Review Meeting on June 26, 2026, via Zoom, as part of the College’s continuing commitment to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
The meeting was led by College President Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, Ed.D., CESE, and the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) Head and Quality Management System Coordinator (QMSC), Daniel S. Lerongan, Ph.D.
Members of the management review committee in attendance included the Vice President for Administration and Finance, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, division directors, the Internal Quality Audit Team Leader, the Risk and Opportunity Management Team Leader, the Document Control Officer, and the Quality Workplace Team Leader/Climate Change Coordinator, along with the heads of the Gender and Development Office (GADO), the Information and Communications Technology Management Office (ICTMO), the Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO), the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), the Procurement Management Office (PMO), and the Project Monitoring and Management Office (PMMO).
The agenda covered a review of the Quality Policy; internal and external issues; customer feedback; the Strategic Plan and Quality Objectives; CAR system trends; ISO Certification Stage 2 external audit results; external provider performance; and resource adequacy. The committee also reviewed the GAD mainstreaming programs and activities, climate change initiatives, and discussed the overall performance of the QMS.
The next Management Review Meeting will be held 10 days after NBSC’s second internal audit, during which compliance with the identified action points will be reviewed. Through this continuing process, NBSC advances institutional excellence by translating strategic discussions into measurable improvements, fostering greater organizational effectiveness and responsive service for its stakeholders.
