NBSC conducts Mid-Year Evaluation and Strategic Planning
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon – Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) conducted the Mid-Year Evaluation and Strategic Planning on June 27–28, 2023, with the theme “Unveiling Possibilities, Charting Success” at the Ultra Winds Mountain Resort in Baungon, Bukidnon. The event was spearheaded by the Quality Assurance Office, headed by Dr. Daniel S. Lerongan. In attendance were the NBSC Executive Officials, department heads, unit directors, and select faculty and staff.
The two-day activity was an opportunity for NBSC to reflect on its achievements during the first half of 2023, while outlining the plans and targets for the remaining months of the year. Each unit showcased their notable accomplishments from January to June, demonstrating the dedication and commitment of the NBSC faculty and staff.
Moreover, a pre-workshop session was held to ensure the alignment of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for both the Administrative and Academic Clusters.
As NBSC moves forward with renewed vigor and a clear roadmap, the institution remains dedicated to empowering its students and delivering transformative education.
