Northern Bukidnon State College hosts the Intellectual Property Rights (IPOPHL) Seminar at Montegelo Farm Resort
Today’s session is led by IP Rights Specialist Engr. John Paul C. Yu, which includes hands-on workshops, claim drafting exercises, and in-depth sessions on copyright, trademarks, and geographical indications. This initiative aims to equip participants with essential knowledge to navigate intellectual property rights effectively.
The three-day seminar, which started yesterday, February 5, 2025, features expert-led discussions on patentability criteria, prior art search fundamentals, and the journey from IP protection to commercialization.
