Internal Quality Audit Recommences on Day 3 with Administrative Support Review
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) continued its commitment to institutional excellence as it conducted Day 3 of its comprehensive Internal Quality Audit (IQA) today, September 10, 2025, evaluating eight critical administrative and support offices across the campus.
The third day of auditing focused on essential support services that form the backbone of the institution’s operations, ensuring that quality standards are maintained across all areas of college administration and student services.
The following offices underwent rigorous quality assessment: the Human Resource, Management, and Development Office headed by Ms. Rahbie B. Adaptar-Teologo, audited by Ms. Ma. Cassandra R. Tubongbanua; the Accounting Office headed by Ms. Khristine Joy P. Gubaton, audited by Ms. Jay Shell D. Coquilla; the Community Extension Services Division headed by Mr. Alven L. Gomez, audited by Ms. Nikki Lou F. Malinao; the Guidance and Counseling Office headed by Mr. Jo Augustine G. Corpuz, audited by Ms. Ma. Socorro T. Bonita with assistance from Ms. Nikki Lou F. Malinao; the Learning Resource Center headed by Dr. Ermelina C. Bardilas, audited by Dr. Anna Marie D. Genita; the Information, Communications, and Technology Management Office headed by Mr. Aldwin Lester M. Martinez, audited by Mr. Jan G. Soriano; the Procurement Management Office headed by Engr. Eleonor L. Navales, audited by Mx. Franco Ceasar M. Agbalog; and the Health Services Office, headed by Mr. Karl Clyde Stephen Acosta, audited by Engr. Jestoni G. Tortola.
The Day 3 audit encompassed critical areas of institutional support, ensuring that NBSC maintains the highest standards of service delivery to its academic community.
The Internal Quality Audit represents NBSC’s proactive approach to continuous improvement and adherence to quality management standards. Each office was evaluated against established quality indicators, compliance requirements, and best practices in higher education administration.
